In term-time you can contact us by phone or email, using the details in the top corner of the website. Our Headteacher is Mr Chris Cannings, although your initial point of contact will usually be either Becki Cuer or Emma Sampson who will help with your enquiry or signpost you to someone else.
During any school closures, eg holidays, it will be quicker to contact us by email. Useful email addresses are:

- admin@castleprimary.uk - for specific queries, eg Admissions, SEND and clubs
- puddleducks@castleprimary.uk - for Puddleducks (pre-school) enquiries
- figtree@castleprimary.uk - enquiries about wrap-around care and childcare voucher bookings
- finance@castleprimary.uk - accounts, finance, payments etc
